Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, we offer a variety of classes, expert instructors, and a supportive community to help you achieve your wellness goals. Our expert instructors, each bring years of training, practice, and passion for yoga. Whether you’re attending a hot yoga class, Vinyasa flow, or a relaxing Restorative session, our instructors are committed to helping you on your wellness journey.

Studio Policies

Sign In

Sign in opens 30-min before class starts, students must register before entering

No Entry

Do not enter or exit the yoga room while class is in session, if you leave the yoga room there is no re-entry

Mat & Towel

Students must practice on a mat and at least 1 towel, rentals are available

No Cell Phones

Cell phones are not permitted in the yoga room

New Students

New students must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to their first class

Not Permitted

No glass bottles, food, gum, or colored drinks in the studio or yoga room, No socks or shoes in the yoga room

Lost & Found

Items will be held for one week as a courtesy, we are not responsible for items left at the studio

Rates are subject to change, no refunds

Kind & respectful

Etiquette

Quiet Please

Please be respectful to other yogis by refraining from loud talking in the studio and lobby and be silent during final savasana

Hygiene

Please practice proper hygiene including clean feet and body

Drinks

Please refrain from drinking water while other students are in a posture

Perfume

Please do not wear heavy perfumes or scents in the yoga room

Sickness

Please don’t come to class if you are sick, if you use tissues during class keep them on your mat

Mirrors

Please align your mat in a way to not block another person’s view of the mirror

Sweat

Please do your best to keep sweat on your mat or towel

Water

Please don’t pour water on yourself or the flooring

Our yoga studio specializes in hot yoga, a powerful and detoxifying practice that helps you build strength, increase flexibility, and promote mental clarity. The heated environment allows your muscles to warm up more quickly, reducing the risk of injury and enabling you to move deeper into each pose. With consistent practice, you’ll notice improvements in not only your physical health but also your mental well-being.

Hot Sequence

A hot class featuring a set sequence offering a structured practice designed to build strength, flexibility and balance.

Power Hour

A fast-paced, energizing practice centered around sun salutations. The sequence builds heat and endurance as you flow through dynamic poses with synchronized breath.

Vinyasa

A dynamic and flowing practice that synchronizes breath with movement. Students will move smoothly from one pose to the next, creating a continuous sequence of postures.

Yoga Pose
Hatha

A slow and deep hot class focusing on deliberate, mindful, floor-based movement. Postures are held longer allowing for deeper stretching and enhanced flexibility.

Power Sculpt​

This full-body workout, combines core-strengthening Pilates exercises with yoga-inspired poses to improve flexibility, stability, and overall strength.
